Kinesiotaping
You should bring a document confirming your identity and wear comfortable loose clothing - loose shorts, a T-shirt or a sleeveless top, a zip-up bra, and either changeable shoes or socks. Minors must come with a legal guardian.
IMPORTANT you should shave the area of the body where the application will be performed the day before. Do not use moisturizing or greasing agents on the skin!

Duration - up to 15 minutes
In Physiotherapy, I only use high-quality tapes that I apply according to the Medical Taping Concept. Kinesiotaping is performed during individual physiotherapy sessions or reapplied outside of appointments after prior arrangements. Also available in a package.
