Individual physiotherapy
You need to bring a document confirming your identity as well as comfortable loose clothing - loose shorts, a T-shirt or sleeveless top, a zip-up bra, and changeable footwear or socks. Minors must come with a legal guardian.
How to prepare
The visit is aimed at anyone in need of diagnostics and/or treatment, or simply advice. People who have suffered injuries, undergone surgeries, have functional problems, or are experiencing any painful ailments.
For whom?
Duration - up to 60 minutes
Diagnostic and therapeutic visit. The purpose of the visit is diagnostics and treatment. During the visit, a detailed interview, specially selected tests, and therapeutic techniques are conducted. In the office, I use appropriately selected exercises, deep tissue massage, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and others. A further rehabilitation plan is also established. The visit can currently be expanded with an additional paid kinesiotaping. Also available in a package.
