What to take
Before starting the visit, you must present an identity document. To feel more comfortable, it is advisable to bring your own towel to place on the massage mat/bed or to cover parts of your body during the massage or manual therapy. Runners should bring their most commonly used, cleaned running shoes.

Visit of minors
In the case of registering a minor, it is necessary to sign the appropriate consent forms and have the presence of a legal guardian (persons aged 16-18 can come without a guardian, but a special written consent is required). For individuals who are 16 years old or older, consent from both the individual and their legal guardian is required. The appropriate forms are available in the office.
Preparation for the procedure
In the case of kinesiotaping, the specific body part should be shaved with an electric razor directly before the appointment or with a traditional razor at least the day before (freshly shaved skin is more prone to irritation). For other services, appropriate personal hygiene should be maintained.
Clothing
Clothing during a visit to the clinic should be clean and comfortable. A good choice would be sports shorts, a sleeveless top or T-shirt, and a back-zip bra (useful during kinesiotaping, manual therapy, or massage of that area of the back). You should also bring clean changeable footwear or socks (sports shoes are required for runners or gait/run analysis).
Registration
Registration takes place online in the "REGISTRATION" section, by phone at the number +48 453 035 245, or directly with a physiotherapist during the visit. Prepare a few alternative dates and specify your problem or the element of the offer you are interested in. Inquiries about the details of the offer can also be sent via the contact form in the "Contact" section. I will call back after finishing work with a patient.
Payment methods
In the office, payment can be made by card, contactless, BLIK, or cash. It is also possible to use a gift voucher purchased earlier at the office.
